VIRTUAL A Breath of Hope Lung Run/Walk Twin Cities

Earl's Anglers, Fishing for a Cure!

Join us in supporting Earl and the fight to beat lung cancer!

On June 15, 2020, Earl was diagnosed with non-small cell adenocarcinoma. Cancerous cells were discovered in the fluid between his right lung and chest cavity, leading to a Stage 4 diagnosis. We, along with Earl’s doctors, are very optimistic about his prognosis as we know his cancer is treatable, even if not curable.

While this unrelenting disease has tried to hook another victim,

Earl isn’t taking the bait!!

I am fundraising for the VIRTUAL 14th Annual A Breath of Hope Lung Run/Walk Twin Cities because:

  • Lung cancer is the deadliest cancer, claiming more lives than breast and colon cancers COMBINED;
  • An estimated 145,000 Americans will die of lung cancer this year. 60% are nonsmokers when diagnosed; and
  • Lung cancer research remains proportionately underfunded per cancer death.
